We ship worldwide using NZ Post Priority and Express Mail Tracking and provide tracking numbers for every order placed with us.
Most orders are shipped by 4 PM within two business days. If for some reason we cannot ship your order by 4 PM within two business days, we will email you to let you know within 48 hours.
We use Priority Mail which may take up to 8 - 12 days. For Express Orders please allow for 4 - 6 days for delivery to Australia and 6 - 8 days for all other international orders. All New Zealand orders are tracked and take 3 - 5 days to arrive.

Returns and Exchanges
Please email us at returns@BiotanicaHealth.com to let us know the item(s) are on the way. Please also specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. When we receive your item(s), we will gladly exchange them or refund the credit card used for purchase. New Zealand

Biotanica® will not be held responsible for any orders being held up, restricted or controlled by customs in your country. Please check with your local customs if you are unsure of your local import rules and regulations. Biotanica® will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes or tariffs associated with your order.
Our Commitment To Quality Guarantee
At Biotanica®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply send back the unused portion within 30 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus standard shipping charges. If the mistake is ours, we will also gladly pay for your return shipping charges when we receive your item(s). Please note that we refund Standard shipping charges only. We do not refund for NZ Post Express shipping charges.
